Each Stonker is drawn at 32 pixels square, given a name, a temperament, and one line they would actually say. Traits are not decoration here. They are the biography.
Hold one and you hold a worker with a fixed profession, department and place in the Market House. When its desk opens, that identity determines the assignments and agent skills available to it.
The paper prints every day. So do the stonkers.

The artwork is the identity. The metadata prints the profession, department and future agent specialty.
Your NFT does not receive a random title after mint. Its personnel record is already printed into the collection: archetype, role, rank, specialty, department and home room.
When the agent desks open, that same record determines which shared research skills your Stonker can use and how strongly it uses them. One skill system, 1,763 different workers.
